detailed design
Fits between component, and material specifications are analised and detailed manufacturing drawings created. Suppliers are identified and meetings held to optomise for lean manufacture and finalise costs.
prototype and test
A final prototype is produced and the design developed further if needed. Studies and tests are then performed to ensure the product is fit for its end use and transportation methods. Data is released for manufacture.
